Recreational
Parent and Tot: For ages 16 months to 3 years, with the assistance of a parent/guardian who is a minimum of 16 years old. Help your little one explore the world of gymnastics by climbing, working on gross and fine motor movement, exploring different movement patterns, and gaining confidence in their own movements. 45 minutes
Tiny Tots: Ages 2.5-4 without parent/guardian. Learn the fundamental movement patterns, basic gymnastics skills, social skills and confidence. 45 minute
PreK: Does your tiny tot need a little more? PreK is also ages 2.5-4 without parent/guardian but for one hour instead of 45 minutes. PreK classes will also have the opportunity to use the junior and full sized equipment.
JK/SK: One hour, once per week. This programs works on fundamental movement patterns, as well as basic gymnastics and social skill development, while instilling self esteem and confidence.
Grade 1/Grade 2 One hour, once per week. This program works on fundamental movement patterns, as well as basic gymnastics and social skill development, while instilling self esteem and confidence.
Primary: 2 hours, once per week for ages 5-7. This program works on advancing the fundamental movement patterns and basic gymnastics skills. Social skills, self esteem and confidence are also instilled.
Junior: 2 hours, once per week for ages 8+ .This class focuses more on proper skill development and advancement, while creating a healthy lifestyle, self esteem and confidence.
Boys gymnastics: ages 5+ years: 2 hours once per week. This program is specifically for boys interested in learning gymnastics.
COMBO CLASSES
Combo classes are a combination of gymnastics and "ninja warrior" style activities. These classes are action packed and filled with fun. Kids in this learn to jump, climb, flip, swing, and complete obstacles.
Combo classes are offered in 3 different age groups; JK/SK/grade1, grade 2/3, grade 4-6 and grade 5+
Classes range in length from 45 mins to 60 mins to 90 mins
Xcel
Xcel: ages 6+ is a program that introduces athletes to the competitive program. Xcel is a competitive program but requires less hours then the provincial team. Athletes in this program can train anywhere from 2-9 hours per week. The Xcel athletes will aim to attend 2-3 competition per season.
Competitive
Pre Provincial, ages 6+ years: This program is by recommendation only, and will work on the skills required for participation in the Ontario Competitive Program. Gymnasts in this program will attend competitions and special events. Recommended training hours for this group is 8-12 hours
Provincial, ages 6+ years: This program is by recommendation only, and will work on the skills required for participation in the Ontario Competitive Program. Gymnasts in this program will attend competitions and special events. Recommended hours for this program is 12-18 hours.
Additional Fees for Competitive Athletes include: Competition Entrance Fees, Competitive Suit, Competitive Jacket, etc. These fees will be invoiced throughout the year, as required.
